NEGOTIATION TRAINING 

These tools and techniques have all been repeatedly tested in situations where the stakes simply can’t get any higher. Participants will learn how to apply them to both their personal and professional lives immediately following the session.

The training is designed for anyone wishing to improve their communication and negotiation skills. It is of particular benefit for those involved in sales, marketing, business development, customer service or HR roles.

The workshop concludes with an interactive table top exercise based on a real-life hostage negotiation to enable participants the opportunity to practice what they’ve learned in the session.

A follow-up, one hour, online team call also forms part of this training and can be scheduled approximately one month after the workshop. This enhances the implementation of the training and to clarify any queries.
